Check in took forever the computer was not working right they tried to charge us for the room even though we already paid for it it was just very slow and aggravating

Holiday weekend We had a nice stay. The room was clean and spacious. I didn’t know there was a separate dog fee even though I marked it. You don’t get charged until you get there. It was an extra $26.
Overall it was a good stay

Robyn, who was working the front desk when we checked in, apologized and let us know that two double bed rooms had been overbooked and we didn’t have a room. She asked if we would be ok with two rooms with one bed each and we said of course! We were staying at the hotel with our teenage kids while we showed our home for sale. Robyn solved our issue promptly and professionally. I’d hire her in a minute!
We selected this place because we wanted to utilize the kitchen, but there were not pots, pans, plates, etc in the room. We couldn’t find a hair dryer either. Location is great (close to stores). Friendly staff.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful and had a wonderful disposition even though she was the only one working. We had to ask for a TV remote but the issue was fixed quickly !
