The staff were nice and courteous. The to go breakfast was lackluster at best and 2 of the 3 mornings there wasn’t even coffee. Our room felt damp for the entire stay.

Staff is very pleasant amd helpful the day shift and night
I was disappointed in the "Free breakfast" of a small muffin or cereal bar or oatmeal with coffee. Not my idea of a real breakfast, Shud not advertise it as such.

FRONT DESK AGENT I was not able to get the name of the front desk agent that checked me in at 3:45pm on June 22, 2024, but he was the BEST. Very professional and personable. Made my check-in very smooth and easy going. BEST customer service I have had in a long while and I travel often
