Robyn, who was working the front desk when we checked in, apologized and let us know that two double bed rooms had been overbooked and we didn’t have a room. She asked if we would be ok with two rooms with one bed each and we said of course! We were staying at the hotel with our teenage kids while we showed our home for sale. Robyn solved our issue promptly and professionally. I’d hire her in a minute!
We selected this place because we wanted to utilize the kitchen, but there were not pots, pans, plates, etc in the room. We couldn’t find a hair dryer either. Location is great (close to stores). Friendly staff.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful and had a wonderful disposition even though she was the only one working. We had to ask for a TV remote but the issue was fixed quickly !

The property was cleaned. The staff was nice and professional.
Front desk and housekeeping staff were super courteous and helpful. Huge shoutout to Savannah for helping locate an item we left and ensuring we got it returned to us! Outstanding!
