The staff was very courteous, polite and accommodating, they really made my family feel welcomed. The rooms were clean and spacious. My only issue was out of 8 washer and dryers (which 7 of them you could use a card) only one was working which required quarter's and there was no way for me to get change. It was 1:30am, and i had to go to McDonald's down the street to get change. It would be great to have a change machine. The breakfast was a quick grab and go, which i am not use to.

Decent hotel & close to shopping, university Needed a clean hotel that was close to Winthrop University. This hotel met those standards, however, would’ve been nice to have a free breakfast since many other hotels offer that

My experience was unfortunately at the time of a new ownership changeover and things were pretty crazy. The rooms were not ready at 3 as they only had a small cleaning staff. They were overbooked and some with reservations made months in advance were left with no rooms. 2 men were sent to rooms with someone already in them, one being a lady in the shower.
