There was pet hair all over the carpet in my room. I had to ask for a vacuum and the vacuum did not work

Old and outdated. TV picture was horrible had to watch football game on cell phone. There were no kitchen supplies or extra bedding available. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Breakfast is only a “grab and go”

Our room smelled like smoke so much that we slept with the window open even, asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed, courteous service but i was handed a blanket bagged that was supposedly washed, but there was human hair all over it when i opened it, didnt use. There were stains on the walls that looked like a wine spill in the bathroom and smear marks on the wall in entry. I get there and they guy says we only have 1 room left and its smoking. I have asthma and the strong smoke smell was very bad for me
