1st impression of arrival was descent! Ms. Reene & Tina were nice. The cleanliness of the hotel room wasn't pleasant. The shower was dirty. Hotel quality lacks care and attention to detail My stay was going well until I met the manager.. he was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The manager behavior was extremely horrible towards me. Not a place for travelers I ended up not staying after checking in. Two issues. They charged me twice. I had paid thru Hotels.com, but they claimed I Didn't. But it was a very scary place. Turns out it is a residence for those less fortunate, more of a low income apartment house. I did not feel comfortable there, so I left and found a more tradition hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrific STAFF!!! I could not speak more highly about the staff. Every single staff member was great. April and Ahmad were very amicable and professional!! Hats off to them!!! Thank you! But this Hotel Is like walking around a zombie movieset. 75% of its patrons are displaced individuals and the entire grounds smells like illegal substances. My experience was not very pleasant. I had booked this hotel as they have a kitchen so that we could cook instead of eating out every night. They are supposed to provide pots and pans but every time we asked they “ran out”. They also ran out of toilet paper one day. The breakfast they provide shouldn’t be considered a breakfast as it’s only packaged oatmeal and granola bars. Staff was friendly!
