Apparently I accidentally booked a handicapped accessible room. When I noticed, the employee wouldn’t exchange my room saying it would cost significantly more, when in reality it was the same price. Also, there were no disposable cups, or toiletries n the bathroom

Travelocity did not disclose the$25 per pet fee. This added significantly to my cost and should have been made clear in the reservation process.

Room was great, cozy and clean. Beds were a little too firm but not uncomfortable. Breakfast was disappointing, only granola bars or oatmeal for options.

Rude Service First impression wasn't ideal. No greeting from the woman who checked me in. I gave her my name and she requested my drivers license and wouldn't take any other form of ID. Every time i offered my credit card, email confirmation, anything she would rudely interrupt me and insisted ID only. One of the towels in our bathroom had makeup smudges on it- looked like mascara and our toddlers got a rash on their bottoms from taking a bath in the tub. Maybe from the cleaning.. I'm not sure.
