bad policy while I had already paid for the rooms in advance . they wanted another credit card other than mine, for the room I had rented for my helpers. I would not do that,adn the overall vibe I got was bad so we left and went to the Hilton.

Worst hotel stay ever This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty, grungy, and smoke infested rooms! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Disappointment at Extended Stay America This is the third time we have stayed at YOUR motel, and we were indeed disappointed. The third floor bed was very uncomfortable. We were not aware we needed to bring our own everything except towels..........We did get some help from Nicole who helped carry everything around the corner to room 327. The kitchen floor was filthy and the desk service was one of waiting and waiting for the second round of towels. I would not expect one to need to fold at the time of request. Never again It was dirty and the air conditioning did not work, so it was too hot to sleep. The one and only window was one piece of glass that had chicken wire in it, and was bolted shut all of the way around it., so it was impossible to open. The only ventilation was achieved by leaving the door open.

Very wet carpet. We found the carpet to be soaking wet. Manager said it had been washed the day before. No tissues were available in the room. No extra pillows.

If you don't care about customer service and clean I had been to a conference all day and was tired and just wanted to curl up in my room and watch TV. There was no remote control in my room. When I called the front desk she said "we will be there in five minutes", a half hour later I headed for the lobby in my pj's to get a remote control. Back in my room with remote in hand, guess what, it DOESN'T WORK!!!! The next morning I went to use the iron and it was falling apart. Extended Stay - Arden Way - Do not stay here If I could post pictures and show the lack of cleanliness I would. There was hair and debris on the sheets when I pulled back the bedspread. There was a very large amount of dirt left on the bath mat from the bathroom floor. I don't think it has ever been mopped. The smell was HORRIBLE. It was so bad I drove to a local Savemart and purchased 4 febreze air fresheners and carpet fresh and still could not get the room to smell better...Oh and a candle that I burned all night in the b... read more

Stay somewhere else even if you must may more $ Hotel clerk said "you have a really nice room"... they put me on the top floor next to a busy intersection and the door was undercut so you can hear everything outside, including some jerk that decided to backup his tow truck at 11pm and 3am (beep beep beeeppp!). The room was grimy to say the least. I don't want to even imagine what it would look like with a black light on (but that's every hotel), this one still had dried "food" on the chairs.
