Acceptable We chose it because they accepted dogs. It had a nice kitchen but you had to ask for dishes, etc. we had 2 pillows and I asked for more pillows and was blown off. The check in guy was very nice. The area is sort of industrial. Lots of street noise. The dog was $25 extra. Wifi weak.
Never again Was not a good experience poor service not clean
Disaapointed Room carpet was filthy leaving dirt on my 3 year old feet. Front desk staff were great. Breakfast was disappointing with instant oatmeal, instant cocoa, bananas and muffins. Room had no pans, plates or utensils for the kitchenette. Embassy Suites costs more, but it is worth it for a family.
THE GHETTO! The room was clean, however the atmosphere of the hotel is horrible! We felt like we were in a Latino ghetto. There were hoodlums standing in the parking listening to music. A few minutes after we made in our first room an altercation broke out next door. Women started screaming, hollering, and throwing things at each other. We were moved to a different room on the other side of the hotel. At approximately 5am the next morning we were awaken by the same type of screaming and crying. The hotel looks nice, but the ... read more
Didn't honor request Had reserved room with two double beds a few weeks in advance. When arrived they did not have a room with two double beds but offered a rollaway bed or two separate rooms. Two separate rooms was not an option due to having to stay with elderly father in same room. So, only option was the rollaway bed which is not what we paid for and was not comfortable. Attitude of the desk staff was very poor to the situation! Will never stay there again!
Wouldn't honor my non-smoking reservation Hotel manager was rude and made me stay in a smoking room even though I had a reservation for a non-smoking room.
Absolute nightmare! Our stay at the Extended Stay America Sacramento was a nightmare! Our reservation was messed up by the hotel and they ended up putting us in a queen size room instead of the king that we’d originally reserved, tall people don’t fit in queen size beds. The hotel said because they were painting some rooms were unavailable. On top of that the two blankets on the bed were dirty and had burn marks on them, the room had a bad smell, and the bed was as hard as a rock. We asked for clean blankets and additional p... read more
Meh! asked for pillows 4 times was told each time they would bring them, was even told they delivered them never happened. Certainly not the greatest neighborhood. It's like where the drug dealers stay or something. Not a fan of the pot and smelled walking by rooms. Wouldnt really hang out at night outside for sure much less during the day. it was a place to sleep. Will not return
Horrible MOTEL Super rude and incompetent staff. Very unsafe area. Not even a half decent MOTEL!
