So stressed I booked this hotel because I was taking a very expensive and very difficult exam. I normally would go to a hotel study all day, get a good night's rest and take test first thing in am. The day I arrived they testes the incredibly loud fire alarms ALL day. I had already paid so I couldn't change it was too late. They should have notified me the day before so I could have switched. Stressed all day, loud at night so I couldn't sleep. Failed my test by 6 pts :( I'd never go there again.

close to Arden fair mall Key card was broken , never got key to room, couple was fighting yelling, room next to me door kept shutting and opening all night . Not a place for a single woman

Horrible, a nightmare Starting from Check-in, I was scared by being interrupted by walk-in homeless, mentally sick woman and the staff didn't apologize for that. Dirty, stinky, small room with poor furniture and equipments. Noisy neighbors, poor and delayed breakfast, walk-in homeless people again in the lobby at the time of breakfast, a fly and a bug in the room. You can't have anymore terrible things in a hotel.

oh heck no! Hotel is not recommended. People hanging out drinking beer in the stairway we were using to get to our room. Blanket had gum or pink putty on it. We woke-up to discover some brown substance on the sheets we hope was thick coffee. The sheets were obviously not washed. There are much nicer places to stay in the same price range. Ick!

Will not use this facility again. The room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and on counter. Also found a pair of socks under the bed from a previous guest. There was a big pink stain ( looked like jelly or jam ) on the blanket. Only one bed had a bead spread. And the floor was not vacuumed between guest. There was no blow dryer or kleenex. The trash was full under the sink.

very smelly rooms. lots of files in the room. Will never stay there again.

bad They moved my room the frost night after they found some type of infestation my door key would not work the second night for the new room. They did not clean my room after the second night

Pour housekeeping. I wa there for tow day and they never clean the room and even emptied the train can.

Bathroom was not cleaned, 1/2 empty shampoo in shower, no soap. Carpet was disgustingly dirty.
