Not good Room was not clean, area was not clean. ladies of the evening around the area.
Worst experience ever We booked 3 rooms months in advance and I get there at 9 am for early check in they didn't let me check in till 3pm. I had to wait for 6 hours outside with my group in the heat.im never booking at an extended stay america again.the service was horrible I never got the kitchen wear we reguested in any of the rooms.
Very bad stay Dirty sheets, trash under bed, everything in beaten up and poor condition. Reminded me of a very rough motel you would see in a movie or a dirty college dorm room.
Extended Stay Blues This was my second time staying and I was really surprised with what my I experienced. One of the nights there was an alarm throughout the hotel because someone caught the room on fire (2:00-3:00 a.m.) in the morning. I had to be to work at 8:00 a.m. My husband found a crackpipe on our car hood. Also, I mistakenly left my breathing machine cord in the room after checking out and I really believe it was still in the room but the staff and housekeeping may have not thoroughly checked for it, now I will need... read more
Ok for the price, but you can do better We went to Sacramento for a football tournament. When we arrived to the hotel, it was in a sketchy area of town, half business/industrial and half low rent neighborhood. There were sheriffs cars circling the parking lot and seedy characters around. Check in was easy and quick. Upon arriving to the room, I found it to be clean and tidy. However there were no kitchen things in the kitchen (Dishes, pots, pans utensils, etc.). I can only assume that the hotel had problem in the past with t... read more
Hotel not for families Worst experience we have ever had. It started when getting at the hotel late at night from the airport, we were approached by panhandlers asking for money or a cigarette . Once in the rooms (we travelled with a youth soccer team) oh surprise, how dirty and smelly they were. Found cigarette buts under a bed, no toilet paper on another, crumbs under the sheets, and the worst was the room were some women's underwear. Upsetting the fact that no management was available the following morning until about noo... read more
Convenient location Outdated rooms, no coffee pot in room, seemed unsafe, room smells bad. I actually went to the local Walgreens and bought Lysol to spray down entire room, shower, toilet and fridge.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Hotel felt unsafe, large gaps around front door so that bugs ect. could and was crawling under door. Yelling and screaming by residence in front of my door. Guest commented how he was headed back to prison shortly. Hotel room was dirty. Awful bed, terrible pillows. If the room had not already been paid for I would have left in a hurry.
