The room was huge and comfortable. But there wasn't anything in the kitchen and had to order it from front desk, but they didn't have everything. Seemed like there were lots of people living there and hanging around in the parking lots and up all night making racket.
Arden Sacramento Area Surprised that the room we stayed in had a small kitchen in it said it had dishes but none were inside the cabinets. Bathroom only had 1 towel. I always bring my own towel so it wasn’t a huge deal but if you are staying in a hotel it should at least have 4 bath towels for 2 people
The room was comfortable. They dont let yoh know you have to bring your own dishes and cooking utensils. In 4 days nobody brought clean towels or emptied the trash.
Good clean room at a reasonable price. Check in at 3 p.m. is an irritation, unless you want to see py $10 per hour for early check in. Clientele not as sleazy as other nearby motels.
Staff was friendly and profesional. Property clean and modern. Room was incredible. I will he back here soon, outstanding!
Only 2 things that bothered me, I called the day before and was told that I could get an early check in before 12 I would have to pay an additional $10 per hour before 12. I got there around 10 and was told that wasn’t true. After a 10 hour drive I just wanted to lay
It wasn't as bad as some of the other reviews made it sound. Not in a bad part of town. In Sacramento you just have to expect to see homeless EVERYWHERE. Close to all the fun stuff, Cal Expo, Arden Fair Mall, Old Town, Sutters Fort, ect. Just remember you're getting what you're paying for.
