Near the freeway and close to a very large mall. A kitchenette in the room with full size refrigerator.

I loved the bedding! I slept like a champ and it was very clean pillows and all! However i did find a long string of hair sticking out of one of the big towels plain as day and the tub was was filthy with ring around the tub! It was very damp around my check in at 2:53pm on 3/29/19. Otherwise not bad for one person. Needless to say i did not shower!

A customer for life! Very warm and friendly staff The staff is always so kind here! They take exceptional care of their customers and their hotel. Any company would be lucky to have a staff like this! Not only did they provide fantastic service, but they acted as true representatives of the Extended Stay Company by apologizing for the miserable experience that I recently had at another location. A classy and professional approach to the problems I had at the Northgate location.

Staff was very helpful anf professional. Wish there were more food options close by, but it's obvious this area had been undergoing intense gentrification to push activity toward the mall. Had to drive 20 minutes to get to a grocery store!
