I meant to reserve Holiday inn Express, but the mistake turned out to be a great surprise! I ended up staying for a week instead of the original two days I reserved (for a lot less money!) Comfortable bed, VERY quiet at all hours; free breakfast includes muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, tea, hot chocolate and the BEST coffee ever (seriously)! The kitchenette is the reason we stayed and it served the purpose. Mercedes and Tina were very helpful, attentive, and professional. Mercedes went out of her way to help me look for my pillows which I left. I truly appreciate the extra effort that she did for me with care and a great attitude. Thank you for the great service!

I like that the customer service was excellent Tina was very helpful with helping me out with a early check in this was very helpful being I was driving all day I was exhausted, I appreciate her customer service I’d recommend this facility to everyone. Thank you

Older establishment with all of the normal issues that come with age but still kept up well! They did seem to possibly be having staffing probs as several guests (including me) had to wait a half hour plus for the office to re open. Not quite worth the price but I would stay there again.

Was alot of people that looked like they lived there and were extremely loud till all hours of the night and lingering about in the parking lots. Room was a great size, but the small tv was weird in such a large room.

The room was huge and comfortable. But there wasn't anything in the kitchen and had to order it from front desk, but they didn't have everything. Seemed like there were lots of people living there and hanging around in the parking lots and up all night making racket.
