Room smells like smoke, and urine. There was also trash bags and a old dirty shoe left in the room. The room is also very dirty unfortunately. I asked to change room but could not do so and I was told I cannot be refunded until the manager gets in, in the morning. I convinced my girlfriend that were going to stay but its a rough one.
No WiFi all night...unable to communicate with family and get news of power shutoff
Worst service ever Management was rude as hell. If i can help it i wont stay here again.
Check in was 3pm. Rooms not ready & didn't get room til 5pm. Needed to get clean towels from the office. Office had note that said "be back in a few minutes, checking on rooms". Didn't come back for over an hour. Asked elderly housekeeper for clean towels & she said "go to the office". I told her the office was closed & she said "I don't care, you wait". The rooms smells a lot of weed I have my family it was no good just a couple of towels. This going to be first and last time I'm staying in this hotel.
I have stayed many times at another Extended Stay America and booked this stay because of my past good experience. This property had NO dishes, etc. in the kitchen -- they are now a separate, requestable 'package'. There was NO blow dryer, NO glasses in the bathroom, NO ice machine on property. So, even though we had a kitchen, we had to go out and buy plastic cups and ice. What a disappointment!! I will never stay at an Extended Stay again.
Lackluster service from staff Upon arriving @Hotel, waited over hour to check in. No staff in office. Lackluster customer service. Difficult getting basic items like towels, soaps, etc
