The room smelled so bad from someone smoking I got a non smoking room went to the front service told them it smelt really bad if I can get a different room they said no I couldn’t stay in that room i have my 3 babies I was not going to let them stay in a room that smelt so bad. We ended up staying st a different hotel. Tried getting my money back they said no cuz we had already stated in it which was dumb cuz we only stayed in it for not even 5 minutes and why because the smell was so bad.

Checking was horrible I noticed the check-in clerk was very rude to the customers in front of us and same with her manager the fire alarm started going off and he lied about what happened when he was on the telephone someone is smoking in a non-smoking room in the fire alarm went off and he lied on the phone saying someone was cooking and then when you’re not on our room the next morning to remind us to check out remind you we have been staying at the extended stay in Rancho Cordova and Arden for 10 Days and the first thing ... read more

No blankets on the bed only sheets and the person on duty said they were all dirty. People yelling all night and slamming doors.

Walls are paper thin. You’re given two dinky pillows. Homeless and sketchy people all around the property. There were people staying above us making crazy noise like stomping, moving furniture, etc until 5:30 in the morning which lead to no sleep. There was no number to reach the front desk to let them know. Thought I’d could power through a Tuesday night here but this place is a straight up dump. Never again

The whole enchilada 1) you don't get room service unless you stay over 6 days 2) You half to turn in towels to office to get fresh ones 3)First room stunk like smoke. 4) 2nd room was better but still not fresh smelling 5) it suks that you half to throw out your own trash 6) NO ICE MACHINE!! 7) you can see some crappie handyman painting and patches. Plus items 1) parking lot lit up. 2) beds were comfortable 3) exterior and maintenance is good.

They try to say they gave away my reservation and that tahlhey woul look aroundthe area for another hotel.
