I called to inform them I would be checking in late due to a late flight only to get there and the hotel was sold out. They then wanted to send me further to stay at another property then come back the next day to finish my stay. I ended spending more money than I wanted to at another property close by. Will never book again.

Bad service no communication they take your money I didn’t stay at the hotel when I got to the hotel and I was about to check in the lady told me they only had a 1 bed not a 2 bed available and they did not have smoking rooms . But when I booked I booked a room with 2 beds, so I told them I needed the 2 beds and it had to be a smoking room since my associate smokes, so I told them to cancel and not charge my card because they did not have a room with 2 beds. This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There were drug addicts walking around, smell of weed everywhere, smoke came through the AC vents. It was absolutely disgusting. The first room smelled like an ash tray, the second room had a baby crying right next door all night. A car got stolen the same night I stayed there from the parking lot. Bugs in my room. I liked that the room had a kitchenette. BUT the area is very noise because families live in the rooms, hence the word extended stay. The people upstairs were stopping in the middle of the night. A couple we're yelling at each other outside @ 4:00AM. Bad crowds all around the property. Didn't feel safe at all. The bed was not comfortable. I woke up with back aches.
