No housekeeping service. felt like an unsafe neighbourhood. homeless people everywhere. door was damaged from what looked like people trying to break in previously.
Run! Don't even take a second look...this place was disgusting and I was stuck there for 4 days! Noisey, homeless people sleeping in the parking lot, filth..you name it!
It just wasn't anything like I was expecting. It needs some sprucing up, although the staff was nice, it was very busy at check in and checking out. The amenities were not what we were expecting.
There were cockroaches at the front door and the lobby is nothing but a room turned into a lobby.
Traveling from San Diego to Portland. Stoped for the night. Area around property is full of homeless people, the room the paper veneer on the furniture was coming off, the shower was very hard to turn on, and the toilet clogged in the middle of the night. This property was nothing more than a cheap version of residence inn. Wouldn't use this place again.
This property is horrible. There was so much going on when I checked in. First I was barely greeted, then asked to step outside while the front desk receptionist walked a guest to their room to “get her stuff” I went outside and she locked the door. I stood outside for 30 mins. I was so irritated, I wanted to cancel but the hold time for Expedia was 1 hour so I checked in and I regret it. It stunk so bad I bought air freshener. And it did not help, just a horrible experience all together. NEVER AGAIN!
I never seen a hotel like this. If you gonna pay money don’t do it and come here. Their front office too tiny. People were standing in line at the office (it’s sacramento!!! Come on). Staff are ok but I donno why but no guest service came to my room to clean it up. Rooms are Waaaay to close to streets and traffic and you can hear motors and engines from cars outside (aka you can’t sleep). The surrounding people staying in other rooms look poor and or below poverty line. Don’t waste you money again

THEY DID NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION AND FINALLY AFTER 1/2 HOUR SHE FOUND IT UNDER A WRONG NAME. CHARGING FOR CLEANING YOUR ROOM IS JUST WRONG AT 160 PER NIGHT! NO AMENITIES FOR THE PRICE. I COULD HAVE STAYED AT THE HILTON FOR SAME PRICE WITH TONS OF AMENITIES. NOW I KNOW. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
