Avoid at all cost!!!! I called two days before and day of tinker front desk know I wouldn’t be checking in until about 11:30 pm and wanted to make sure they didn’t give my room away. At 9:30 pm the day of check in, I called and was told someone gave my king room away but they had one queen left so I took it. Upon arrival there were homeless people all throughout the parking lot, overflowing trash, places smelled like urine. I like that it is close to my job and in the past my experience was good. Usually having 3 pillows, bed comforter, and toilet paper. This visit I had no toilet paper, no comforter for the bed, only two pillows, and the AC seem to not work correctly.

They gave us a dirty and haven’t cleaned room. We found at 8: 00 pm. No body answered service phone called. We went to front desk, the woman was on duty, but didn’t answered phone we called few minutes ago.We asked for a clean sheet. She said no more that night. After we complained, next day a old man came to clean. But after that, we found we lost Head sports bag which was filled privet and medicine items. This property should not be recommended to anyone !!!

Reservation not honored! Extremely terrible. I had a confirmation and showed up and clerk at Extended Stay America Arden Way Sacramento would not honor my reservation! Very dangerous situation when a women traveling alone and attempting to check into hotel room late at night is turned away. This situation needs to be resolved, unacceptable!

Be careful Read entire description. They will give you a few items for kitchen but it’s not enough to cook and stay in. Super noisy and sketchy transactions happen all night in parking lot

I didn't get to stay when I got there to check in for my reservation that I made online they told me that room was no longer available. Even though I made a reservation online for two days they gave my room away because I got there at 12 am. I am traveling 3 hours with my 3 kids and I get there and there is no room it was the worst service ever!!!!
