The check in processwas smooth and the lady at the front desk was amazing and accomodating
Good for the area Located off the 5 freeway, which is convenient. The area is relatively quiet. We were able to check-in early after a long drive, so we appreciated the front desk's willingness to assist us during their lunch hour. Glad to have a simple breakfast and coffee bar. Overall, staff was friendly and cordial.

Excellent customer service...great location and price...!!!
Very good service quick to get me in. Everybody is very polite real nice and clean room. Very quiet there. Very good access to get there off the freeway. I was very happy with everything.

OK for quick stay Elevator was broken and we were put on 3rd floor. Breakfast food was gone by 9am even though it was served through 9:30. Only juice and coffee was left (and one very small chocolate muffin). Front desk seemed to be annoyed I asked if there was more.
