I never have an issue when I stay here, but this is the 3rd time trying to reserve a specific room and confirmed with the hotel only to arrive and the room has been unavailable. That’s pretty annoying but everything was fine. They are wonderful staff.
It was a last minute decision to stay there and everything was okay.
