What was unique was i was able to have my companion animals w/me here before w/out additional fee's. NEVER was i asked for PAPERWORK to prove they indeed were Companion/servise/therapy animals.... I was charged an extra $50 per night for their stay... Thats $100 extra dolllars that i didnt have that coulda went to food for stay.... Also, the cleanleness was terrible! It reaked of smoke, the burners didnt work, and no garbage cans. Floor was not mopped out because i walked in my socks for about 2 min in room..... Black bottem... read more

Worst Check in a While I came in at 301pm for check in. I was told to come back in30 minutes and my room would be ready. I came back 36 minutes later waiting in line. My turn came up at 350pm and i was told my room was still not ready. I told clerk I need to accept any other room for we had a dinner appointment in an hour and a half. after this discussion I was told room was ready, just need a blanket for room. The 1st and 2nd rooms that we were assigned were not ready, The Assistant Manager Apologized and upgraded our room for our inconvenience

My Extended Stay Another great stay. Love the room I've been in. This is the best one thus far. 5 stars from me.... Roberto, Darlene, and the other staff are doing a great job.

My 2nd Home This is literally my home away from home. Roberto, the manager, has an excellent spirit and always provides excellent service. I csn honestly say that every staff member I've had an encounter with, including housekeeping, have always been professional and helpful. It's one of the main reasons I come back. Overall, I can say they should have 4 out of 5 stars for a rating. The other minor issues are things that corporate has to take care of. I believe I see them working on some of the rooms.
