Gabby at the front desk has made my 2 separate stays very pleasant. I will continue to book at that location because of her and the pricing

The staff that I've come in contact with have been great! Friendly, courteous & professional, yet down-to-earth. The property & rooms are mediocre at best.

As a last resort Tub majorly clogged, had to tell 3 different receptionist & a day later before it got fixed!!! Room was freezing, called in issue & went to reception to ask for assistance, left hotel & no help ever came, I ended up figuring put, but thermostat doesn’t work, both nights during middle of the night a/c came on freezing cold. Two lights out, room very dim, made reception aware 1st night, they never bothered to come fix

Filthy could not connect to wi fi it was absolutely filthy and incomplete. no showercurtin, floors were so dirty that my feet were black just walking back and forth a few times. remote was sticky sheets were dirty. smelled bad.. GROSS
