Worst Check in a While I came in at 301pm for check in. I was told to come back in30 minutes and my room would be ready. I came back 36 minutes later waiting in line. My turn came up at 350pm and i was told my room was still not ready. I told clerk I need to accept any other room for we had a dinner appointment in an hour and a half. after this discussion I was told room was ready, just need a blanket for room. My 2nd Home This is literally my home away from home. Roberto, the manager, has an excellent spirit and always provides excellent service. I csn honestly say that every staff member I've had an encounter with, including housekeeping, have always been professional and helpful. It's one of the main reasons I come back.
