The 1st and 2nd rooms that we were assigned were not ready, The Assistant Manager Apologized and upgraded our room for our inconvenience

My 2nd Home This is literally my home away from home. Roberto, the manager, has an excellent spirit and always provides excellent service. I csn honestly say that every staff member I've had an encounter with, including housekeeping, have always been professional and helpful. It's one of the main reasons I come back. This is a great place to stay! The staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities you would expect the price is perfect and we enjoyed our stay here.

As i walked into the room, it was a typical Extended Stay room. However, in the bathroom, there was visible water damage on the door, wooden rack under the sink and on the wall. There was recent construction inside the room on the ceiling as there were the ceiling popcorns all over the bed and also underneath the comforter. There was no hair dryer in the room as well. Not Good!
