Ordered some dishes and utensils never got them. Useless staff.. they didn't even greet me with a good morning or have a nice day. Staff came off like a group of people who hate their jobs and could careless about the customers. The drawers still had a mess in them which is the staffs fault.. but the room was nice overall.. basically the staff is just bad the rooms are nice and comfy.

There were someone’s used condoms in the trash can in the bathroom. The bathtub was dirty and there were no glasses or pots and pans in the room

They ran out of creamer st breakfast time, sheets and towels were very poor quality

I'll preface this by saying I would stay again, because of the price. The carpet was dirty and had gum or something in it. We found one live cockroach and one dead one. There was a ball under the couch, crumbs on the pull out couch mattress, and no sheet on that by the way. There was a barrette, a dog toy, and a bread bag twist tie under the bed.
