Cozy and quiet Customer service was great and check-in was quick and easy. The room was cozy and quiet. The only complaint I have is that the room smelled like marijuana. I was just too tired to complain. After I got settled in, I didn't really notice after a while and just got over it. Overall, I feel this is a comfortable place to rest in. Check out was also quick and easy.

Okay but won’t do it again You get what you pay for. I like that they offer late check out $25/hour from 1-3pm. There were a bunch of smokers outside so the overall environment smells awful. Even the non smoking room smells Smokey.

Recently bought a house in the area. Staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. They arranged housekeeping for me a day early and were helpful. I love the area. My only negative was no oatmeal in the morning and parking was tight, doable but tight.

Check in did not go well. I was charged $25 to check in 1 hour early (2pm vs 3). Other hotels in the area don’t do this. The clerk at the front desk spoke really fast and acted like she couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. She has very poor penmanship. I couldn’t read the name of the WIFI network she’d written on my key holder, and even after she told what she’d written, I couldn’t make out the letters. Got to room. No remote control for TV. Called front desk and she said she’d bring one. 30 minutes later, no remote and no an... read more

Not returning! Service was excellent. First room we were put in had a huge puddle of water on the floor in the kitchen area. We were then upgraded to a larger room. That was great until the refrigerator made a loud obnoxious noise at the end of each cycle. Turned it off til next morning before we left. Only one chair at the kitchen table. We were only staying til 4am because of a flight so could not discuss all this in person.
