never again it was the worst day I've ever had at an extended stay property someone from corporate should go out and look at that property because it has cars that has been moved in I guess months. the property feels like a homeless um hotel hotel.

Cigarette Smoke Smell is Everywhere We upgraded our room HOPING that we would receive a true non-smoking room. It stunk like cigarette smoke as soon as we got off the elevator. When we got into our room we had to open the windows and keep them wide open the entire night. I was up all night due to all of the traffic noise.

Bad place to spend the night The hotel was not clean and smelled bad. The room was dark and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Not even for free I suspect that I did something wrong. Such low service quality must of been for a reason. you could not pay me to go back to this property.

freeway close Unfortunately, this hotel is sub-standard. First of all there was no privacy curtain in the window, so it's open to let everyone see our business (we were on the first floor) or close the curtain and plunge the room into darkness. The fan in the bathroom was so loud I couldn't hear myself think! The mattress was hard and there was a spider by the A/C unit. There were no extra pillows. Arrived after long day of driving, received good service and a nice clean room. Nice quite area. Only problem was the phone was disconnected with messages left from 2 months prior. I will stay again as my family is in the area.

Terrible Service Extended Stay America Vacaville The Night I stayed the service was terrible, nothing went the right way & customer service wasnt very helpful at all. I booked my room online ahead of time, paid, called + I requested a specific floor ahead of time & had everything in order on my end, once I got there NONE of that was in order. It was a big unneccessary headache to deal with. I recommend choosing another Hotel!
