Close to Gramma I needed to save money so I could spend some money taking my grandmother on a long overdue shopping trip. I got what I paid for. My stay was okay for a two star motel. I might be back, undecided as of yet. I'm a bargain hunter but I am also accustomed to staying in four star hotels.

Not worth it I was transferred to the hotel in Fairfield , CA due to overbooking . I will never stay at one of these hotels again. The sink in the room smelled . No one answered the phone at the front desk. A lot of people seemed to come and go from the lobby / parking lot . The grab and go breakfast was a joke . It was basically an apple and coffee . Next time I will pay a little extra to be in a better location and hotel .

Run far away When I walked in, I thought this hotel would be fine for a night. Then I saw a baby roach, to which I wasn't too alarmed as it was in the kitchen and I wasn't going to cook anything. I fell asleep around 1130 to wake up to a roach near my mouth at 130. I didn't sleep until I hit another hotel the next night. Stay far far away.

Was a bad experience. Couldn't get a room key for 2 days due to there room key machine was down. Was very inconvenience to go in and out of the hotel with no key. Have to have someone in the front to open the room for you. The housecleaning didn't come clean the room for three days of the stay. Will never stay there again.

I was looking forward to it ... However, this place was very noisy and on several occasions there was a questionable smoke from other guest. It's not a hotel I'd recommend for a family to stay in.

Horrible hotel Overbooked the hotel. Every room smells like smoke. We did not get the queen bed i booked instead my wife and I were giving a room with two twins. Front desk just said that's all we have available. Loud music from the room next to us for the entire night.

Nice from outside, awful inside. I reserved non-smoking room and on check-in the had us in smoking room. Only because we were there very early afternoon, no doubt, were we able to have switched to non-smoking. Then the tub turned out not to have been cleaned, as there were 4 long dark hairs in it from previous guest. Also, there were cockroaches in the room, one of which I was able to kill. Showed hairs and cockroach to desk gal, virtually no reaction other than "sorry". Intend to still write corporate when I have a chance.

Questionable customer service I booked and paid in advance for a non-smoking king studio for three nights. Upon arrival, the hotel no longer had king rooms available and placed my husband and I into a queen studio. We are taller than average; hence, the queen was too small. We compromised with the desk clerk for a smoking double studio. At checkout, the manager was working the front desk and informed me that I was comped for one night due to the inconvenience.
