Don't stay here if you want a non smoking room! Although some rooms are classed as non smoking the reality is one half of the corridor has smoking rooms and the other side is non smoking. So everyone gets to smell the smoke. Although our room was officially non smoking the first thing I saw on entering was an ash tray and the room really stank. Not Happy When booking the room we requested a non smoking room. The whole night our room smelled like weed. We told the person at the front desk and she shrugged her shoulders and said it must becoming through the vents. Horrible service.

Scary situation Hotel personnel felt bad that when I arrived the hotel was full, so she called another Extended Stay Hotel in Fairfield. I think I got the last room or next to the last room available on a smoky top 3rd floor...I almost choked...the silverware did not look clean, knife was chipped and broken, the door looked like someone had tried to break in with screws loose - - did not feel safe. The breakfast was cold packaged processed snacks, so bring your own and cook in the room or go out.

Worest hotel in Bay Area This hotel is one of the most disorganized, disfunctional, and incapable staff I have EVER experienced in all my travels. They sold my room when I showed up later than normal (10pm). I was forced to go to another hotel and pay double the going rate. Then to top it all off they charged my credit card and I had I fight (3 hours) to get my money refunded. minimalist heaven great physical structure, however, if you like no one ever around, a lobby that looks like someone just cleared out, nothing anywhere, and needing to ask for everything down to a cup- lucky us there was toilet paper. Also bring your reserv. slip, had us in a smoking room, - said read here!

They don't clean their rooms So we stayed 2 nights. After the 1st night, we left to go shopping, eat, etc., and when we come back around 5pm, our room was NOT cleaned. Went to let the staff know that our room was missed. They then said that their policy is to only clean rooms when someone has stayed in a room for more than a week. Are you kidding me? Every basic hotels have daily room service. No wonder the bathrooms looked and smelled really bad. Had we known we'd be staying in a dirty hotel like this one, we would've gone ... read more

Run Down We arrived late..after 11:00 after late flight into SACto airport. Front desk person was barricaded behind desk. Paperwork and key had to be slid under window. The room assigned already had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on it, main floor. Asked for another room. Front desk person had disappeared. Finally received service and was given a room with only one bed for the two of us. Room was run down and did not seem clean.

Needs improvements on alot of areas..... I picked this hotel do to location and to try and stay somewhere different. Upon reservations i requested a smoking room with a queen bed, upon arrving to the hotel no one was at the front desk to assist me, instead there was a note up to call a number and still no one picked up.
