When I mistakenly booked this hotel for a previous trip I had at the same time booked this hotel for the current trip. The difference between them and now is absolutely amazing! There was no smoke smell in the “smoke free” hotel where last time the smell was overpowering. The room was clean, no strangers came to the door knocking in the early hours of the morning and the tap water was fine for drinking. We like that this place was in a decent part of town and had a well lit parking lot, plus the outside doors required a key so it felt more secure overall. Close to food that was open late which was really nice, and right next to a Starbucks for the next morning!

Trash under the sink wasn’t cleaned out. Cutlery was missing as well as dishes. I didn’t need them but other guests might miss them. No hairdryer. This was inconvenient.
