SAC EXTENDED STAY stay March, 2020 When I first checked in (on Friday evening March 6, 2020 at approx 8:45 PM) the female desk clerk acted like she was in an extra hurry for me to hand over my credit card and Drivers License and didn't have time to answer my question regarding a possible AAA or AARP rate. Excellent Customer Service! The Staff were amazing! I had a 10am meeting that went longer than expected and the staff allowed us to check-out late. Lifesavers!

This is great motel and my second time to stay here. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The facilities are clean. Convenient location too. My only complaint is that this time I had a room on the side CLOSEST TO the freeway and I didn’t sleep ONE wink because I could hear the traffic ALL night. I’d start to doze off and then would hear a semi go by and start the process over again. And I couldn’t use ear plugs because I needed to hear the alarm and wake up call at 5:00 AM. I like the hospitality that was giving to me when I first came in. It didn't matter how I booked my reservation but if there was something available. Fast services, very polite and updated. I just didn't like the fact that you need to bring to front desk your dirty laundry before getting clean. That's unsanitary too me, but I understand the process and purpose. I would greatly book again.

The bed was comfortable the room was clean but had to ask for dishes and silverware. The window was open and a bee got in . When i went th o close the curtains it stung me on the arm. Other then that everything was fine

There was black mildew in the sink rim. The walls were so thin, we could hear snoring from the room next door, and the refrigerator made clicking sounds on and off all night.
