The fridge in the room made so much noise that our dog bark each time it rattled and there are no ice makers. We asked if the maid service could come and make up the room, after 2 nights, while we were gone but they only do it ever 7 days. I asked for 2 extra towels from the maid but she said we had to take 2 towels to the from desk to get them replaced. That is not "extra" towels.

The room was smelling like smoke. When I booked the regular room but you the gave the associate room.

No cutlery or cups, breakfast was all ‘fake food’, no servicing of the rooms, noisy air con, keys often failed.
