Decent hotel . Lazy employees. Fairly clean , minimal amenities, terrible TV quality, slow wifi. The location was good. Good neighborhood, good shopping. Terrible front desk service. No greeting. No smile. They couldn't find a reservation. Overbooked. No apology. They made me do all the foot work to find the reservation .

my fiance and i were very satisfied with our stay-- comfy pillows and bed. the only thing was there were no toiletries... i think that's a basic for $100 hotel.

Not Happy! We arrived the hotel after a long traffic commute in I-80 on a saturday afternoon (Apr1). We were given a room easy and fast BUT... when we came to the room, to our surprise... THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED YET!!! It is not busy that time and there is no excuse that the person in the lobby does not know which room is clean and ready for the new customer. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
