No complimentary breakfast For the most part a great stay. Upon arriving they informed us there is no longer complimentary breakfast as advertised. That's was a reason we chose there. It was too late too change bookings. The window in our room was broken....very odd. No ironing hoard or remote. The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. The rate is very reasonable too.

Quiet near the freeway. The room was nice, but smelled of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. The staff said that shouldn't have been that way and would get it cleaned.
It was good for the money This hotel is probably better for those looking for an extended stay experience. For one night as a pass through there are things missing like ice machines and vending machines as well as a business center to print a boarding pass. Friendly staff but the hotel is a bit loud
great room, bad service. We stayed in a king size, non smoking room for the Aftershock concert. Pre booking we paid a little over $80 a night which was fantastic because the day we checked in rates were $156. Room was great. We live in Nevada and weren't expecting a room that would be as good as here. We had a nice little kitchenette, a king size comfy bed, and a nice bathroom on the first floor close to the entrance. We are smokers but do not get smoking rooms because we do it smoke in our home, so it was convenient for us.... read more

Something smells There is a weird odor in the hotel. The hotel was located close to the higheay, the staff are/were friendly, but the hotel just smelled and was dirty. The fan was covered in dust, the chairs had visible gunk on them, and those things made the room uncomfortable.
For a non smoking room it smelled like someone had just smoked in the room the day prior. People were smoking directly outside the doors and the access doors had issues and would not work and the access cards kept not working requiring being reprogrammed repeatedly and the amount of dogs barking in neighboring rooms made it difficult to sleep.
