Cheap but not so much... While the staff were nice and helpful, it feels like you're staying in an apartment building. 60% of the building are longterm full time residents. They hang out in the lobby and you can smell their dinners in the hallway. The parking lot is dirty and the lobby smells. If you want a cheap room with a kitchen close to the mountains, this will work.

Will not stay at this property again. The desk clerk was awesome. Everything else, not so much. The entrance looked like the rear of most hotels. Firearms are not allowed even with permits. Only one elevator. The cleanliness of the room was questionable with crumbs between the cushions of the chair to dried white substance on the wall next to the shower. There was no garbage receptacle in the room. And with multiple people hanging around outside , safety was questionable. Breakfast was a grab bag.

$25 pet fee per night not in original booking. Smoking and cigarette butts all over just outside lobby door, no smoking sign ignored and not enforced.

It was ran a ran down place I was surprised because the ratings were above a 5 when I booked the room.
