Their staff were super, but the company made checking in a nightmare.

Close to the airport and the transpirtation to the Airport. My driver was very friendly and engaging

It was adequate for what we needed. You need to go to the front desk to get any and all kitchen equipment, including the coffee maker. The kitchen kit contains plate/utensils but nothing to clean them. The complimentary breakfast bar is limited (instant oatmeal, granola bars, packaged muffins). Adequate, but not some place I’d stay again.

The hotel was fine but on the Hotels.com website it said they had free breakfast and they didn’t. We always look for hotels that have breakfast so it was disappointing.

Needs updating A little over priced for the quality of room. Needs some updating.

Lobby and room were dirty. We were awoken at 5 am by the room above us yelling and fighting. Very seedy place.

Cheap but not so much... While the staff were nice and helpful, it feels like you're staying in an apartment building. 60% of the building are longterm full time residents. They hang out in the lobby and you can smell their dinners in the hallway. The parking lot is dirty and the lobby smells. If you want a cheap room with a kitchen close to the mountains, this will work.
