Probably wont be staying here again I have stayed at this hotel several times and this was by far the most displeased stay. The hotel has definitely went down hill. They still do not have a working elevator (by at least over two weeks that I know of). My door handle was very loose and I had to hold it in just the right angle to get it to open. The room was clean, however the bathroom fan was full of dust. The smell on the first floor imitating from one of the bedrooms was horrible. I happened to be traveling alone this trip ... read more

There were stains on the floor, something smeared on the wall in the bathroom and 2 pillowcases had blood on them.

Excellent staff!
Good place to stay. Good apt like place to stay. Clean. Requests for dishes very prompt. Great neighbor. Felt safe for dog walks. Cafes nearby.

The room was fine, though it didn’t have a coffee maker. The WiFi however, went down and stayed down for an entire day (at least). The staff had a well rehearsed sympathy story about how it almost never goes down and usually comes right back up, which in hindsight I doubt is true. I needed internet to do my job, so I had to check out and move to a different hotel. Internet had been down for 8 hours when I checked out.
