The hotel and front desk staff was great!! Rod of the staff was incredible-helped us wrestle our cooler and baggage down the stairs from the 3rd floor. Rooms were clean and the kitchen unit was wonderful. Full size fridge was great keeping our traveling food and snacks cold/frozen. Beds very comfortable and it was probably the quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Great hotel and location and very affordable price. We will be back. Dave from Reno.

Apartment Living Every night there would be people hanging out in the parking lot and over the balconies drinking and talking loud, but they did go in after 10:00 p.m. and were quiet then. Even the hotel desk clerk was hanging out in the parking lot with the guest (not drinking as far as I could tell). It reminded me more of an apartment complex than a hotel
Great staff. Everyone was welcoming, engaging and attentive.

Older property in need of upgrades. It was quiet and the staff is friendly. The worst part is that there is a Chick Fil A in front along the street and the drive thru traffic backs up and impedes access to the hotel.
Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to expressway. Staff could not do enough for you. Generally clean but some residual smell from carpet after it had been cleaned.
Exceptional location to dining, bars, and groceries. Easy walk to UTA transit that will take you downtown or the U of Utah. You won't need a car unless you heading outside the city.
