Sugarhouse Extended Stay America The facility seemed to be in need of renovation. The carpet was dirty in parts of the room. The room itself, while functional, felt like it was "standard issue" from about 1980 - institutional hotel. The key card system seemed a bit faulty. Twice my key card did not work, including when I first arrived and had my luggage, etc. in hand. I had to go back to the office to have it rekeyed with all my stuff - a bit frustrating. Dirty bad service They don’t clean your room every day. You have to ask for new towels. The place is run down and the room feels very dirty. There was a bunch of flies in my room. There is a weird smell. There was hair in the shower from previous guest. Not well cleaned. Seems like it needs better management and a update.

Acceptable hotel. Decent place in cleanliness. Staff was good at check in and check out. Biggest complaint is very limited breakfast options. Ended up walking accross the parking lot to local fast food place for breakfast.
