Just ok Just ok. As a place for long term stays, was a little rough. Other than checkin, never saw or interacted with staff. Was only thing available due to a convention, and after staying there know why.

The stay was fine, check-in could have improved by the customer coming first, but they were having some problems. Other than that I didn’t care much I had a cold and did a half marathon so I slept a lot.

Good service We originally were given a room that smelled distinctly of a lot of cigarette smoke. We went to the desk to let them know that it was not possible to stay in a room with that odor. They immediately set us up with another room that was fine. We appreciate the quick turnaround otherwise we would’ve been unable to stay there...

Adequate The hotel was relatively clean but needs updating. There was caked cleanser on the bathroom counter when we arrived. Fortunately, housekeeping was on the floor, and glad to clean it up for us. Breakfast was of no use to us, no protein available. There is no airport shuttle and no ice available at the hotel.
