Nothing fancy But at the price, it was good. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was "grab and go" which was good for me but maybe not for big breakfast eaters or families. Still, for the price, you can eat out!

Salt lake city stay Incident was occurring when we checked in. Hotel staff was on edge and ended up taking our her frustration on us. She did not even greet us--her approach to us was very rude. I understand she was upset about an incident occurring, but it was not acceptable not to explain policies of hotel and payment procedures. Is it not protocol to explain terms rather than just ask for your credit card and swipe and hand it back? It was locked up like Fort Knox. We had reservations but when we arrived at 10:45 PM we couldn't get in. Finally a couple nice young gals let us in but the reservation desk was closed and partitioned off. We went to the car to try to call when the gals came running out and said they found the desk clerk. Our room was very nice and clean but the shower head leaked and since we both had to shower it somehow leaked behind the stall down the wall and into the room below us. The room was nice and new and clean. But it could us a chair to recline in to relax... too bad no swimming pool... would stay there again and would recommend...

Felt Like "Home Away From Home" This was my first time ever staying at Extended Stay. I had just checked out of a rundown hotel for $12.00 more per night when I was pleasantly surprise to open my room door to a small, fully equipped mini kitchen! The room was clean and comfortable and the décor beautifully relaxing. The location was perfect! It was fine... Clean, comfortable and spacious. But if you arrive late it is kind of like signing in at a police station. You have to do it through a locked window at the fesk...oh...and there is that $100 deposit that is mentioned NOWHERE on hotels.com. A little disconcerting. It was easily returned to me in the morning. I chose to use cash because I didn't want the ten day hold on my card.
