Some just don't strive for customer satisfaction The staff was very unprofessional upon arrival was very disappointed before I even into the hotel had to wait outside in the cold for about 3 minutes which that's not the point it's the principle but I would not recommend this hotel

No wifi Didn't have WiFi all weekend, and not amenities in bathroom (have to ask).

Marijuana smell Had to switch rooms late in the night because people on the 3rd floor were smoking pot.

Tired hotel. The hotel really is work down. The carpet is filthy. There was a roach that ran across the kitchen. The bathroom Is dated. I stayed here about 5 years ago. Does not appear to be kept up as it should have been.

Need a lot of improvement in facilities. I did not like the hotel. The only good part was they allowed us to cancel due to hurricane without extra fees. Besides that, poor breakfast, and hotel looked dirty and not well maintained. Won't use it again.
