Cheap hotel if your on a tight budget The whole building smells like smoke.Breakast is a joke.Bugs in the room.Stains in the couch.Hard towels.Friendly, professional staff

Horrible, unpleasant stay We planned to stay at this hotel for two nights. However, when we got our room, there was roaches on the bathroom sink and the entire floor smelled like smoke and garlic. We asked to be moved to another room, which they did. However, this room was just as bad. There was bed bugs and the headboard was completely scratched. Only if your on an Extreme Budget & can stand Filth The hotel smelled horrible, room service comes twice a week. Lee the front desk person was rude and told us we could not move to another because they were all booked and that was a lie! Most of the guest hang outside and because of the smell I see why! One good thing was Alberto when we 1st checked in he was really nice. The sofa bed had dirty sheets on it when we opened it. The showers had red hair stuck all over the tile. On the decline We had a suite and the microwave, dishwasher and phone were broken. Refrig was leaking water. Hotel staff was accomodating but not pleasant. We told, "this hotel is converting to economy so when something breaks we don't fix it"

dirtiest hotel I'v stayed in in over 35 years filthy--- the hall carpets were filthy the room carpet was so covered with ground in filth I would not take off my shoes or socks. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned in months or years or ever and was caked w/dirt as was the top of the shower stall, whose walls had never been cleaned. You can only guess the last time the toilet was cleaned. I'll never knowingly stay at another of these properties. Our room had roaches. Not clean. Staff wasn't so friendly. A/c is too close to bed. Crumbs of food inside the sofa. Roaches seen behind wall paintings. Stayed two days and we were not happy. Hotel wasn't up to the excellence of the location.

Nightmare I got to the room and was shocked. It was dirty and smelled like old food and cigarettes. I thought that I could make it the night , but I couldn't. I walked out and went to the place next door, which was wonderful. They refuse to gives my money back for a two night stay. Do not stay here. Creepy people and gross.

horrible accomadations It looked like the recliner in the room had been pulled out of a dumpster. It was all torn and stained. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but I guess half of the floor was a smoking floor. The entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. Overall, the place was awful and I won't be staying here, or recommending it to anyone.
