Probably won't stay here again. The biggest disappointment was the fact that there was not any breakfast served because the food order didn't get ordered. We were never told when we checked in. Next when we asked for dishes they were not clean at all. There were a pair of old sandals and socks under the bed that didn't belong to us. The beds were very hard too. We didn't spend too much time at the hotel but I can say that it's in a quiet and nice part of town.

You get what you pay for I killed a roach in the bathroom. The carpet was so stained I didn't want to walk on it. The headboard was all damaged and the bathroom was shabby. I wore flip flops in the tub when I showered because it was so gross.

Location only good thing in my opinion. Very disappointing. Room was very dated. No clean ice. Not a hotel but more like a dorm.

No plates,pot,dishes not enough towels for six.. Not happy with hotel... Can't recommend.. No room service to change sheets, no plates pots, not enough soap on rooms..

Disgusting Motel - Very Dirty! I travel quite a bit and recently spent two nights at Extended Stay American - San Antonio (NW part of San Antonio off of IH-10). The motel was very dirt, both the main corridors and my room. The bathroom in my room had clearly not been cleaned and the carpet was dirty. There was hand smudge on the wall in the bathroom that if a maid had been in the room would have been removed under a normal room cleaning. The place was disgusting. Friendly staff but beware of the room The staff was Friendly but that wasn't enough to change my mind on the hotel. First thing you notice as soon as you walk in the room is the smell of years of cigarettes smoking. The cleanliness of the room was on a whole different level. The floors in the bathroom looked like they were mopped for years with the same dirty water over and over. The towels they give you look like the were used to wash a car. Please do not waste your money or time. I hate to do this but I would not spend my hard earned money for this hotel again. We spent three nights here and we tried to stay out of the hotel as much as possible. Even my young boys didn't want to be there and said it was disgusting. The hotel is very dark, gloomy, dirty and smelled bad. BAD OVERALL THE FIRST ROOM THEY GAVE ME SMELLED BAD SO THEY CHANGED ME TO ANOTHER ROOM. AT FIRST IT SEEMED TO BE OK BUT THEN IT STARTED TO SMELL IN THERE ALSO.
