THERE WAS ROACHES IN THE KITCHEN. THE PULL OUT BED HAD A DIRTY URINE STAINED COVER AND WAS DISGUSTING. THE HALLS SMELLED HORRIBLE. THE COVER FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER JUST FELL OFF AND WOULD NOT GO BACK ON AND THE FILTER WAS FILTHY. YOU WOULD THINK THAT FOR HOUSEKEEPERS ONLY CLEANING ONCE A WEEK THAT THEY WOULD ACTUALLY DO A GOOD JOB. ALTHOUGH THE ROOM WAS BIG AND AND IT HAD NICE FURNITURE. Seen a roach
DNA Worst hotel I ever book through Hotels.com. First room was unclean, smokey, with holes in furnishings. Ask to move, 2nd room - pulled sheets back and found semen stains EVERYWHERE!
Our room was dirty and cockroaches were everywhere.
Customer service was impeccable, however I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. Will not be returning.
There are roaches is this facilty. On the website it said they had cots and baby cribs available, this one did not. We had to ask for face clothes because there wasnt enough for the 6 of us.The staff was great although Im glad i only booked for one night.

Some just don't strive for customer satisfaction The staff was very unprofessional upon arrival was very disappointed before I even into the hotel had to wait outside in the cold for about 3 minutes which that's not the point it's the principle but I would not recommend this hotel
Never again! Please do not stay here no matter how good the price is! Absolutely uncomfortable & dirty.
