Needs More Attention It was not good, first the air conditioner wouldn't cool, and it would turn off and room got hot. Then showerhead was running with a little bit of water and the tub would fill up, it was clogged up. There is no ice machine either, we asked front desk and they told us that the rooms have ice trays to make ice, but it wasn't true because we didn't have one in the room. Worst experience with Reservations with Expedia Got texts about reservations so I called Expedia direct told them about the text I was getting, and was told my hotel reservations was good no worries. Drove to hotel (3 1/2 hours) wasted 60 dollars in gas. Got to hotel and was told I was not gonna get my room because they accomadated for another customer. I chose this hotel for many reasons, close to Fiesta Texas so I could take my 10 year old for her birthday. Good area and safe. So frustrated this blew my plans ! I was not a... read more

Was not accommodated I had reservations and had already paid for my stay and when I showed up they informed me that they were unable to accommodate me because someone wasn't going to check out after all.. I had to call and get hotels.com to help me get another room that took 2 hours to find, all because this hotel decided to allow someone else to stay longer than anticipated.

Lo escogi solamente por ubicacion pero mal. No tuvimos wi-fi, y al pedir ayuda en el front desk el encargado dijo que teniamos que verlo directamente con el proveedor, me dio un telefono del proveedor que no tenia acceso, insisti, me dio acceso a hacer la llamada, el proveedor de internet me resolvio el problema pero se tardo. El encargado del front desk se nego a ayudarme. Ademas , intentaron robar mi carro durante la noche en el estacionamiento, me dañaron la puerta interior al tratar de meter un gancho. Deteriorated, Miserable Hotel Large holes in the wall when went we checked in. 2 in the living are 1 in the bathroom door. Our stay was Thursday through Tuesday ( 5 nights) toilet started overflowing on Friday. Front desk said no maintenance available on the weekend. They did give me a plunger! Problem finally fixed on Monday.
