The front desk agents were delightful BUT at 6am there was a couple arguing for over an hour, I finally had to get up and tell them to please be quiet. Room was dated but clean.

the room was very dusty and was bit by bed bugs. Management was very nice though, so anything we asked them for they were very accomidating

Room was very small and the bed was uncomfortable. Facility was very outdated. Staff was very friendly, check in was very fast

The rug had an oil like stain on the rug and it smelled bad

Staff was very nice & helpful. The room’s carpet was badly stained & looked dirty. There was no ice machine available. There was an ice tray in the refrigerator but the ice would not have been ready for us to use. I don’t believe there should be a $15 parking fee each night.

OK Stay at ESA Good location but the facility could use a deeper cleaning, both the exterior (pressure wash the sidewalks) and interior (some sticky spots on the counter and wooden flooring). The "Free Breakfast" was just coffee, tea, granola bars, instant oatmeal and packaged muffins; plenty of restaurants, however, in nearby Mission/Fashion Valley.

Great place to stay. The staff was polite and friendly, the rooms were clean, and when we had a problem, it was addressed immediately. Would totally stay here again.
