The room was ok for the price. My only problem was that a it was close to the trash cans and when I opened the room door swarms of flies got it, which was disgusting. Th e people at the reception area were very nice.

Nice with all the amenities only thing is you need to pay for parking which is the only thing I didnt like

We chose Extended stay America hotel specifically because it has the kitchen and kitchen utensils available in the room. However, when we got to the room, there were no utensils to be found in any of tge kitchen cabinets. We have to call the front desk and ask for a set of them. When we checked in, there was only one person manning the front desk as well as the whole entire hotel. There was quite a wait at the front desk. Low Budget Hotel with GREAT staff Definitely a very low budget hotel. Short drive to awesome outdoor mall, great restaurants &USD. It's an old, run down property, but the 2bed kitchenette was clean &plenty of room for two. Our door lock didn't work properly all 4nights, but the staff was incredibly helpful. Paula,Gracie,Arron&Terry would walk us to our room every night to unlock it for us. It was annoying, but apparently maintenance wasn't available?? (Special thanks to Arron for outstanding customer service !!)
