Homestead San Diego - Mission Valley One thing for sure is that the price was right. The room was very clean and it had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a toaster. Most other hotels, even higher priced ones don't give you all of that. The T.V. was old though, and the channel selection was very limited. I did have noisy guests in the next room that kept me awake the first night. I would go back because of the price.

Great location Located to everything we were looking to do.. The beach, the mall, the college we picked our child up from. Pricier than we wanted, but big room, clean and had ammenities (didn't need them but they were available). Something to look forward to for the future (full kitchenette). Easy to find if you have a Google map! =)

Hotel Okay. Other guests were scary. This hotel is quite comfortable and reasonable. We have stayed at this hotel many times, but during our recent visit there seemed to be an unusual number of male guests who were working on labor projects somewhere. They seemed to congregate at the barbeque areas and seemed to be loitering at all hours of the night. Would not have been so bad if they didn't make rude and unnecessary comments to other guests. Good deal for the price. The location was the primary consideration when I decided to book this hotel it was very close to the training site I was attending. It was a clean property with friendly staff. I wouldn't call it fancy but it was a good deal for the price and the staff was very friendly.

San Diego Rocks! Just not where I stayed.... I'd recommend this hotel only from the aspect of "if you only wanted a bed and wanted to be somewhat close to all the major attractions". Don't go for great customer service because you're not going to get it.

More than Expected We only stayed one night, but thought it was very good. We were on a budget, but with a 50 lbs dog, that isn't always possible. It was nice having a fridge, toaster, iron and a safe surrounding area for way less than most other places. We would definitely look for Homestead and other Extended Stay hotels next time we travel.
