Clean room, but outdated. Terrible service. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in 36 years of traveling. Started with check in, the guy talked on the phone the whole time and never said one word to me, just pointed what I needed to fill out. We stayed 2 nights. The bathroom fan was very loud. Very noisy. At 6 AM, there was a lady in the room next to me who was singing loudly. So, just imagine 💁♂️💁♂️
There was no breakfast outside of coffee. Shady thing and people.
Our stay was disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, and the bathroom fan didn’t work, which made it uncomfortable. Several of the metal fixtures and racks were rusty, adding to the sense of neglect. Additionally, the $15/day parking fee felt unnecessary and unreasonable given the hotel’s location—it’s not in a downtown or resort area where parking is typically limited or difficult to find.
We were looking for a pet friendly hotel. The photos of the rooms online were good. However, when we got checked in the room was terrible. It smelled like cigarette smoke and some other odor. The bedding smelled like smoke and was extremely wrinkled. There were patches on the walls that were not painted. Has gone downhill Things falling apart door handle, ac not getting cold enough at times, full beds instead of queens.
The room was a little run down, towels were not provided. It has a kitchenette area but no supplied utensils or cookware like most other long term stay places. The area around it was great. Easy access to the freeway and good food and beaches a short drive away.
The room was not cleaned properly the trash wasn’t emptied from previous person had beer cans and used toilet paper in trash can. The room has BLACK MOLD in shower area, bathroom door, and around windows. There was a strong urine smell. The area didn’t feel safe. Front desk person was acting super strange. I would have given this a 0 but it wouldn’t allow me. Don’t waste your money!
