BLACK MOLD There was black mold everywhere! We did not end up staying we left and went elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend it at all. Guy working front desk was super rude as well. Made it feel like he was doing us a favor.

one of the worst experience we had. toilet seat broken , only 3 very skinny pillows and when asked for another was told none available. my asked if she could use the rest room at office while we were checking in and gentleman looked at her for about 15 seconds and replied no sheet not fit the bed constantly come off all night. mattress was terrible and one side of the bed literally sinks in . microwave full of crumbs and filthy also no shampoo. and no blow dryer. very disappointed and will send this complaint to company this... read more

The kitchen had nothing, I had to go to the store to get utensils and paper items. Everything was very dirty. Most of the electrical outlets did not work. It was opposite in every way from its advertising. I am a travel nurse and have stayed many places, this was the worst

Llegamos a las 12am y el lobby cerrado, llamamos al teléfono de after hours y nadie contestó. Como a la 1.30am salió una señora a ayudarnos, el ipad de reservaciones no prendía y hasta las 2am pasadas nos pudieron dar habitación. Él lobby siempre gue un problema porque al parecer falta personal que atienda. La habitación sin mantenimiento

The first night was okay.... The problem came when we renewed our stay online with hotels.com as we were asked to do by the front desk. The daytime guy didn't check us in so the room was only half tended to when we returned. Two members of staff tried to without knocking

Our room was very disappointing. No kleenex, no hangers,this room looked like it was falling apart.
